USA Gymnastics and FloSports part ways just one year after signing five year partnership
USA Gymnastics and FloSports’ five-year digital streaming deal is over.
Just a year after entering into the multi-year deal, USA Gymnastics confirmed to Olympic Channel’s Scott Bregman that the companies’ partnership has ”mutually concluded.”
The deal was poorly received by many in the gymnastics community for reasons beyond the quality of the product, but the streaming experience itself and cost presented additional concerns that left many scratching their heads, wondering why USA Gymnastics would enter into the partnership in the first place.
Before the FloSports deal, USA Gymnastics streamed most events live on its YouTube channel if they weren’t broadcast on NBC Sports.
